Custom Homes
RT Drywall can provide a wide variety of services from sound proofing entertainment rooms to fire proofing the garage or insolating those places that were missed. Here are some of the styles we can help you achieve for custom homes:
- Victorian Homes – We do wood trims around your doors and windows to achieve the look. we also do ceiling covings.
- Craftsman Style –We specialize in old world finish (texture) and can be modified to your taste to be lighter or heavier. Texture come and provide you a sample on the jobsite. We do wood trims or the no trim look of bullnose kerf corners or square into jams of doors and windows.
- Modern – The modern home with a clean look with trim-less walls, shadow line finish (without baseboard), and level 5 smooth finish.
Wallpaper removal.
We can remove your old wall paper with wall paper remover liquid or with steam. After the wall paper is removed will work on the wall at you preference in order to leave it ready for painting.
Popcorn removal.
We provide non-asbestos acoustic removal in your residential projects. In order to provide a high quality service while removing popcorn ceilings, we provide extensive masking and tarping including a layer of plastic on the floor for protection. We also drape from ceiling to floors to enclose the areas that are worked on so you are 99% clean before we start taping. We will then repair any damage, apply second coat of topping on all joints and nails and texture to match walls or provide new finish.
